Due to no fault of the seller, careless handling during shipping broke the first one, but JD offers amazing customer service and shipped a second one immediately! When I first saw this ceramic tree on Etsy, I fell in love with it. At the price, it’s a considered purchase, and I even had a little buyers remorse after ordering. However, after receiving the item I can say without question that while pricey, this is worth every penny. The craftsmanship is top notch and it’s a true piece of art. The handcrafting is evident and certainly justifies the price.

This is the third Christmas tree that I have purchased from this seller. These trees are so beautiful, that words really can’t describe them. When you open the box and get your first glimpse of these trees, you will actually gasp. They are not only beautiful, they are cheery! I highly recommend this seller and his beautiful trees. Also, I requested my tree be shipped UPS and David accommodated me all three times with UPS shipment. Wonderful seller and his product is exquisite!
