I would gladly give this seller TEN STARS if I could. They continue to go over and above and deliver an excellent quality product that is always beautiful and unique. Shipping is quick and very professional. I have never received any damage, as I have with a few other sellers. They have such a nice assortment of bisque that I never find anywhere else. They always gladly glaze the interior of their vessels, where others will not, or they charge you. I have always been satisfied doing business with this seller. They are very kind and thoughtful, and the communication is usually immediate. Nothing short of stellar.

This piece arrived safely and was well packed in bubble wrap and foam pieces. It is exactly like the one my mother had painted when she had her ceramic studio, except I think hers was bigger. I always loved that piece but it was lost in her moving so I hope to replicate it the best I can. Do you have other supplies available such as paints and glitter paste for rubbing on the finished paint. She lightly rubbed the paste on the feathers to give them that iridescent look that you actually see on real roosters black feathers. I still have her paints but they haven't been used in years so I don't know if they will be of any value. Hoping to hear from you soon.

This majestic rooster arrived when I was ill so I wasn't able to write a review..........Sadly, even though you had it well wrapped it's wonderful tail was broken off......I was disappointed however the front part is intact. This was a fabulous mold and I really loved the item so it was a shame. I have found that LARGER products that are somewhat fragile tend to break easily .....I've received 5 broken large items now.......!The trick is they must not be able to MOVE......And you put must put very FRAGILE lge . RED stickers on the box plus HANDLE WITH CARE stickers! The Handlers don't worry......Otherwise a great product!!!!!!! Dorelle!
