Item was well wrapped and shipped quickly. My only complaint is that the bisque was not well cleaned. There are imperfections on the base and on the tree itself. I think I can fix them with a file or rasp, but I expected better, so this is disappointing.

At first I was hesitant to purchase such a fragile piece until I read other reviews. The tree was packaged very well! Thank you for the extra effort to ensure it arrived unbroken.
